These Terms govern your use of itsells.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About ItSells

ItSells is a B2B sales outreach agency. The Site is informational: it describes our services, shares case studies, and lets you contact us. Submitting a form here does not create a service contract — any engagement we agree to will be governed by a separate written agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or to the systems behind it.
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Site without our written permission.
  • Submit knowingly false information through any form on the Site.
  • Use the Site to impersonate any person or entity.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, case studies, and design — is owned by ItSells or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to public pages; you may not republish, modify, or commercially redistribute any content without our written permission.

Brand and client logos appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used with permission to identify those companies as our clients or partners.

Inquiries are not commitments

Submitting a quote request, lead-magnet form, or any other inquiry through the Site does not bind ItSells to provide services. We may decline any inquiry at our discretion. Any engagement will be subject to a separate signed agreement covering scope, fees, and terms.

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g. client case-study sources, scheduling tools, social profiles). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — about the Site’s availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Any case-study results described on the Site are specific to those engagements and are not a guarantee or projection of results for any other client.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ItSells will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed €100.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
