This Privacy Policy explains how ItSells (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information about you when you visit itsells.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it.

Who we are

ItSells is a B2B sales outreach agency. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at hello@itsells.com.

What information we collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Quote-request form: first name, last name, job title, business email, phone number, company name, company size, monthly budget, country, and industry.
  • “Get the List” form: email address and (optionally) LinkedIn profile URL.

Information collected automatically as you browse:

  • Product analytics: page views, page paths, referring URL, approximate location (country/region inferred from IP), browser and device type, and the interactions you take on the Site (e.g. which buttons you click, when you open a form). We use this to understand what works on the Site and improve it. We do not record your session or track you across other websites.

How we use your information

We use what you submit to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and follow up about working together.
  • Send the “Outreach Tech Stack” resource you requested, if applicable.
  • Maintain a record of business contacts who have asked us to be in touch.

We do not sell your information, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it for purposes you did not consent to.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on:

  • Consent, when you submit a form asking us to contact you or send you a resource.
  • Legitimate interest, to run our business and respond to commercial inquiries you have initiated.

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; we will stop processing and, if you wish, delete the data we hold about you.

Sharing your information

To run the Site and process inquiries we use the following sub-processors:

  • Vercel — hosts the website and runs the form-submission endpoints (United States; certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
  • Telegram — receives the lead notifications we send to ourselves when a form is submitted.
  • PostHog — provides the product analytics described above. We use PostHog Cloud’s EU region, so analytics data is stored within the EEA. PostHog’s own privacy practices are described at posthog.com/privacy.
  • An email service provider — used to send the “Outreach Tech Stack” resource when you request it.

We do not share your data with anyone else.

International transfers

If you are in the EEA or UK, your data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your home jurisdiction (notably the United States) when we use the providers above. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

Data retention

We keep inquiry data for as long as we are in active business conversation with you, plus a reasonable follow-up period of up to 24 months. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

Your rights

Under GDPR and similar laws you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Correct it if it is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete it (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restrict or object to how we use it.
  • Receive it in a portable format.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses a small number of cookies (or comparable browser storage) for two purposes:

  • Essential — required for the Site to function, e.g. to remember preferences you toggle.
  • Product analytics — PostHog uses cookies to assign a random identifier to each browser so that page views and clicks from the same visit can be grouped together. The identifier is not tied to your name or email unless you submit a form.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not sell or share analytics data with advertisers.

Children

ItSells is a B2B service. The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page with a new “Last updated” date.
