Launching a Web3/Crypto monetization platform for creators from scratch is an uphill battle. To ensure inbox placement without burning the main domain, we purchased look-alike domains (e.g., streamiversee.io), assigned 5 inboxes to each, and ran a strict 14-day automated warm-up protocol via Smartlead.
  • The hook — We pitched an alternative to fiat monetization, offering exclusive early-bird bonuses for the first 100 onboarded creators and extra incentives for social mentions.

Track 2 — Field Sales & Enterprise Legitimacy

To solve the “trust issue,” we needed massive ecosystem players to back us. Cold emails aren’t enough for Tier-1 partnerships.

  • Networking — We represented the startup on the ground at major European events (Web3 Lisbon, Ethereum Cannes), physically tracking down decision-makers.
  • Enterprise wins — This offline hustle resulted in securing strategic co-marketing and stream sponsorship partnerships with industry giants like Ubisoft and Brave.
