The Challenge
To scale globally and gain immediate industry legitimacy, the platform needed to be embedded directly into the “entry points” of the startup ecosystem: top-tier accelerators, university incubators, and professional pitch coaches. They needed a massive, multi-lingual outbound engine capable of running simultaneous campaigns across 15+ distinct markets, combined with strategic offline networking.
The Impact
We executed a 360° global partnership strategy. By segmenting data across dozens of micro-campaigns to ensure cultural relevance, we bypassed standard sales resistance and positioned PitchBob as a high-value educational and operational partner. Going beyond digital outreach, we also acted as their on-the-ground representatives at major industry events, transforming PitchBob from a standalone tool into an industry standard recognized on 5 continents.
Results
We launched outreach across 4 strategic vectors, engaging over 800 decision-makers globally:
- 🏛 Institutional Funnels (Accelerators) — Secured partnerships with dozens of Founder Institute chapters worldwide (from Brazil to Singapore), as well as leaders like Techstars, Alchemist Accelerator, Startupbootcamp, and Startup Wise Guys.
- 🎓 Academic Integration (Universities) — To build long-term brand loyalty among future serial entrepreneurs, we targeted Directors of Entrepreneurship at top global institutions. PitchBob is now utilized in ecosystems at Wharton School (UPenn), LSE (London School of Economics), ETH Zurich, and Bocconi University.
- 🤝 Expert Community (B2B Advocates) — Sourced and engaged hundreds of professional pitch deck consultants across Europe and Asia, successfully onboarding 100+ high-level experts as direct advocates and ecosystem partners.
- 📍 Field Representation & Event-Led Growth — Acting as PitchBob’s official delegates at London Tech Week, we secured face-to-face meetings with pre-warmed institutional leads. This strategic on-the-ground presence culminated in successfully negotiating and closing a commercial contract directly with the Head of Incubator at the University of Groningen.
